Schoolhouse Offers Glimpse of the Past
A short drive through the windy road Fossil Creek, dozens of modern houses, is a piece of history nestled on a corner of the cutter.
Surrounded by development, the school of strawberry, a 125-year "fossil" has outlived most of all around him and will probably survive these new structures.
You know nothing of the outside, but this small school has been around since Geronimo was still at large and being sought by 20 per cent of the U.S. Army, the Pleasant Valley War raged in Tonto Basin and the pioneers are still adjust the State.
The Strawberry Schoolhouse is as evidence of the quest of the pioneers of knowledge.
