Teak wood doesn't neediness to have anything done to it. In my experience it's better to leave it alone. It weathers beautifully.

Q: I have a net under the portico on which I want to add more privacy. Shades or curtains of a certain type of work. Where can I buy such a thing and, yes, the cost is a factor because it is outside. I am ready to spend up to $ 200 to achieve a certain intimacy.
A: I would look in woven wood blinds that are available on the market today. They will filter the light while giving you privacy as well. They are easy to clean if they are dirty, and give you a beautiful natural look that will be fabulous in a porch or outdoor setting! We like those of Graber and Dalphi ... good values and many fabulous colors and textures!
Q: I'm hosting a baby shower in July with approximately 20 people. It will be tight to my room, but it might work on my terrace, so it's not too hot. The backyard is wooded, so it stays pretty cool.(Of course, I will ask the mother to be what she prefers.
