Leather. That is what my next couch is usual to be. I have two (spoiled) German Shepherd dogs who have the run of the house, including the couch. So it is a constant encounter to keep the couch presentable. I've done some research because I...

1 Footstep One - Work on removing the stain as soon as you discover it. Dried ink is especially toilsome to get out, unless you act quickly.
2 Step Two - Blot the stain with a soft dry cloth or cotton ball.

Kind’s Miracle should work. It is available at Petsmart. Make sure you follow the directing. The main reason that it fails is that people just sprays it on and wipe it up and not let it immerse into the fabric like the urine did. You my need to...
What Have Your Kids Ruined?
I will never forget the look on my husband's face, then when our son of 18 months, reversed one of his prized stereo speakers and crack the interior components to make it unnecessary. I could almost see the smoke coming out of his ears.
That speaker was probably the most expensive ever lost our child, but he and his younger sister have won their fair share of destruction over the years: It was the pile of dirt on the show floor from a plant they knocked down teeth countless articles thrown in the trash in our shiny new stainless steel can, and several lipsticks broken walls crayoned and coffee cups upside down on a carpet.
And we were lucky. After reading this site on orders Ruined My Kids (we will waive the insult), I see that our children have been relatively moderate. The site, founded by the mother of Julie Brophy Haas, who got his start by sharing a photo from his living room rug, her son dumped a pot of shiny black paint on it, encourages parents to send pictures of what the Site name implies. The most memorable things ruined includes a leather sofa decorated with Sharpie marker, a pool of cellular phones in a glass of water and a flat screen TV cracked (apparently the victim of a session of Wii). Huffington Post has some good photos, too.
