I only lively in a one bedroom apt, I heard you should never have any electronics in the bedrooom, but I feel weird puting my computer desk n the computer in the living cell for the guest to c, since I have it decorated kind of like a spa! But now...

Don't do anything that makes you perceive weird if you can get out of it. No matter what you've heard, put it in the bedroom.

I'm not the only one drinking fluids while on this computer. Do you use a desk/index cloth? What kind of material? I don't want to have it hanging on my legs or blocking drawers. Thanks for suggestions!

You can get one of those waterproof tableclothes and cut it to measure.
