Achieve for my Mother
Excellent chair for a great price. My mother loves it - she was unable to get out of a regular recliner and now she has no problems getting up out of her lift chair. The chair is also extemely withdrawn while performing it's lifting and recling movements. -

I. BACKGROUND
On November 20, 2000, Lynn Davis, Sr.("Applicant"), broke up a fight between several students at High Point Central High School during the execution of his duties as deputy director. During surgery, the plaintiff fell to the ground and injured his left knee. The applicant has prepared a report after the incident, stating that a left knee injury, and the Guilford County Schools ("Employer") later admitted compensation for the injury to his left knee.
