Instructor: Samantha Sigle, 35, of Boulder, has been teaching this class for three years. It has been a personal trainer for 13 years. It is also one-on-one training for clients in their homes and offers trail running coaching.
What is the workout? A class style Boot Camp, where participants are subjected to a series of exercises which give rise to a fast pace, high intensity, body workout.
What is the cost?$ 150 per month for two classes per week, or $ 250 per month for five classes per week.
Who does it? The people of the mid-20s to 60, men and women. The class I attended had about 15 women. Symbol said it gets a lot of mothers in the early grades while their partners are at home with children, and more men come to 9 pm sessions.
When: A one-hour class held at 5 pm and 9 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At 6 hours of class is Monday through Friday. The class is held rain, snow or shine - Acronym never cancels class.From November to April, it moves to the interior of things, if not a total fool.
