So if you ask me if sports are better on TV or in real life, I must respond, "Which?"
However, being an event is almost always a more satisfying experience than seeing it on TV. I put the golf and cycling as two sports that are much better on television, and I am sure you agree, Patrick. But if I asked you if you want to see the Masters and the Tour de France in person or watch on TV, I bet that will be remote from you, and the bag of your wardrobe in one second.

Well, unless the last stage of the Tour passes through the Louvre.
Look, bringing the Tour is a little disingenuous. It does mention the Masters. The first is that more European sports holidays, this is almost a holy pilgrimage for American golf Dorks and any person who owns Seersucker nothing. Both events are outliers - unique, once-in-a-life deals, far from the type of game experience.
